Mari Holden Training is as much about quality of life as it is about fitness. Whether your goal is to safely and comfortably participate in group rides or to compete in a race, the key to success is preparation – both mental and physical. I will work with you to customize a realistic program based on proven training principles you can integrate into your daily life. I will show you how to replicate your ood days and help you stay focused during your challenging ones – having raced bikes for 20 years, I know there will be plenty of each!
